The Folly Bar Downstairs has menus for Sandwiches and Baguettes, Toasted Sandwiches and Paninis, Jacket Potatoes and Folly Tasters. There’s a dedicated Salad menu and from the Folly Specials and the Gourmet Burger Kitchen menu, Monday to Saturday 6.00 to 9.00 pm, that comes with with a free pint. Plus the Steak Night menu on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6.00 to 9.00 pm.
The Folly Bar Downstairs kitchen prides itself on using fresh local ingredients where possible.
It also supports other local businesses such as Mooka Ice Cream from the Folly Market, and Jake's Home Made pies, for example. Sarah also supplies outside catering through No Fuss Catering.
